Payment and Billing
Is there a deposit required to secure a workshop booking?
Workshops are pre-paid to ensure you secure your seat. You can find a full list of upcoming workshops here.
Can I cancel my workshop registration and what is the refund policy?
Plans change, and we understand that! If you change your mind, or life gets in the way and you can’t make it to our workshop, we will refund you 100% of the ticket price if cancelled at least 1 week before the scheduled workshop date.
If you request a refund with less than 1 week notice (but more than 24 hours), we’ll refund you 50% of the total price of the ticket booked. This is because, at this point in time, we already incurred costs expecting your attendance. Refund requests made less than 24 hours of the workshop will not be granted.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Workshop Registration
Is there a deadline for registration?
There is no deadline for registration but to ensure the instructor brings enough materials for you, please try to register yourself a couple days before the workshop. If you’d like to attend a workshop happening on the same day, please reach out to info@hobbyhub.life to confirm with the instructor before booking.
Can I register for multiple workshops at once?
You bet! You can add multiple workshops to your cart before proceeding to checkout.
Can I request customized workshops for my group or organization?
Certainly. Please fill out the Private Bookings form at the bottom of the Upcoming Workshops page and someone will be in touch shortly to help customize the workshop.
Workshop Logistics
Are the workshops suitable for beginners or advanced crafters?
Unless otherwise noted, workshops are beginner-friendly.
What should I bring to the workshop?
Feel free to bring a water bottle. Depending on the hobby, you may want to wear clothing that you don’t mind getting messy in.
Is food and drink provided during the workshop?
Unless otherwise noted, workshops do not include food and drink but many venues have food and drinks for sale. Please check out the venue for details.
