From Sheep to Stitch - June 5th-7th
From Sheep to Stitch is a cozy, beginner-friendly 3-day fiber experience designed for anyone curious about knitting, crochet, and the world of wool. Whether you’ve never picked up knitting needles or a crochet hook before, this immersive weekend will teach you the foundations of both crafts while connecting you to the journey of fiber: from sheep to finished stitch.
Over three days, you’ll learn the basics of knitting and crochet in a relaxed, supportive small-group setting, while exploring the places where yarn begins its story. Together, we’ll visit a local sheep farm, tour a wool dyeing mill, and spend time at a yarn shop discovering beautiful fibres and tools.
Transportation, accommodation, and materials are all taken care of so you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy the experience. Between workshops and tours, you’ll have time to relax, practice your stitches, and connect with fellow beginners who are starting their fiber journey alongside you.
This experience is designed to be welcoming, creative, and restorative—a chance to slow down, learn something new, and connect with craft, nature, and community.
